I am grateful to have entrusted Kristine to research my family history. My mother had expressed some years ago that she wanted to learn more about her family history, so I wanted to look into my mother’s paternal lineage to see what could be found. However, very little information was readily available to those who didn’t know where to look. A mutual friend had suggested I reach out to Kristine since she was in the process of earning her Genealogy Certification. I am glad I did. Kristine was able to dig a few generations back and discovered more than I had hoped. She provided us with documentation, such as census reports, news articles, and photographs, all of which made our family history more tangible. Even though my mother’s family lineage is limited in documentation, what Kristine found and provided has brought my mother and I closer to our roots.
